HI, I'M PHILIPP.
I’m a designer & illustrator based in Munich, Germany.
I was drawn into illustration by my fascination with everything that looks vintage and handmade: from matchboxes to shop signs, from architectural ornaments to pulp magazines, and from luggage labels to tattoos.
If you can sense the effort someone put into creating a piece, chances are that I could (and probably will) spend days marveling at it - a feeling I am aiming to recreate in my own work.
With a versatile vintage-inspired style, I can flexibly and individually adapt to client needs and project requirements.
Recognized as New Talent at the World Illustration Awards 2023 for editorial. Shortlisted at the V&A illustration awards 2024 for packaging design. Clients include DIE ZEIT, Rolling Stone, WirtschaftsWoche, FAZ, Süddeutsche Zeitung.
